We believe that it is necessary to think outside the box in order to identify the levers that will truly advance African agriculture.

Survey on the profession of agronomist in Cameroon
We conducted a survey of 300 agronomists on the challenges of the profession in Cameroon. The questions cover different aspects of the profession, from skills to salaries of agronomists. The results of this survey are published in summary form in this report.

Agronomic training in Cameroon: Portrait and challenges
In this study, we wanted to draw up the current portrait of agricultural training in Cameroon, starting from its evolution to the trends of recent years. We also addressed the various issues at the level of the educational system, training institutions and study programs.
