What is the purpose of this training?
The best candidates are not always those who find the best job opportunities or those who perform best in job interviews. In addition, finding a job in the agricultural field can be particularly difficult.
The objective of this training is to better prepare candidates so that they can more easily find and seize the job opportunities that correspond to them. We have adapted it to the specificities of the job market in the agricultural sector.

This training revolves around the following themes:
- Development of a career plan
- Job search techniques
- Preparation of an application file
- Preparation for a job interview
What to expect after the training?
At the end of this training, learners should be able to understand and exploit the hidden job market, be able to put together captivating application files, and perform better in job interviews.
How is the training delivered?
The training is delivered remotely in order to make it accessible to a greater number of people. It includes lectures, practical workshops, scenarios and simulations in order to allow learners to prepare effectively for real conditions.
Lessons are given in synchronous mode, i.e. in real time, giving learners the opportunity to ask their questions directly to the facilitators; and in asynchronous mode, to allow learners to continue their learning at a time that suits them best.
How long does the training last?
The training is spread over 4 weeks. Learners can take the courses at the time of their choice, but must be present at the sessions in synchronous mode.
