We are currently looking for passionate and committed Agricultural Advisors to participate in various outreach projects with farmers. If you have training or experience in the agricultural field and want to support farmers in optimizing their practices, we would be delighted to welcome you to our team.

YOUR MISSIONS INCLUDE AMONG OTHERS:

• Conduct surveys with farmers

• Set up demonstration units

• Collect production data

• Lead workshops with farmers

• Provide training to farmers

• Conduct extension campaigns

• Promote agricultural products, services and practices

• And many others...

IDEAL PROFILE:

• Training in agriculture, agronomy or similar field.

• Field experience and knowledge of the challenges faced by farmers

• Excellent teaching skills and ability to popularize technical information

• Ability to listen, work in a team and be autonomous

• Excellent communication skills and remote working skills

• Leadership and responsibility

• Good knowledge of digital tools would be a plus
